This is the ordering appointment. It is exactly what it sounds like and also so much better than you're probably expecting.

We sit down together, I walk you through your images and exactly what you want to do with them. No pressure, no rushing, just you, your photos, and a lot of feelings you probably weren't planning on having on a Tuesday.

We sit down together, I walk you through your images, we look at your adoring dog's face and decide exactly what products best suit your home and lifestyle. No pressure, no rushing, just you, your photos, and a lot of feelings you probably weren't planning on having on a Tuesday.
Pick the spots where you can imagine wall art that stops you in your tracks every morning. Tape an letter sized sheet of paper to the wall, snap a picture of the wall and a bit of the surrounding area and send me a photo.
I'll use it to show you exactly how your artwork will look in your actual space, on your actual wall, next to your actual couch. It makes the whole thing feel real very fast.
These came through after your consultation and they're also waiting for you in your Client Lounge. Flip through them before we meet. Get a feel for the artwork options, think about how you want to live with these images, and come in with a loose sense of what excites you.
If you've done steps one and two, you're ready and the hard part is over. Hurrah!

When will I see my photos?
I'll contact you about your ordering appointment about two to weeks after your session. That's when you'll see everything for the first time, together, in a proper slideshow, on a screen that does them actual justice.
If something comes up and you need to reschedule, just let me know as soon as possible. Life happens. What doesn't work is a no-show with no notice, so if that happens there will be a rescheduling fee.
How does the ordering appointment work?
We start with a full slideshow of every image from your session. Then we go through them one by one and figure out what you want to do with them. The whole appointment runs about an hour, but I build in extra time because nobody has ever looked at photos of their dog and thought "yes, I'd like to wrap this up quickly."
One thing worth knowing the images will partially edited, except for one or two so you can see the difference. Full retouching, removing leads, cleaning up backgrounds, all of that, is done after you order. So what you're seeing is already beautiful, just not the final polished version yet.
What do I need to bring?
Yourself, anyone else who's part of the decision making, and your payment method. That's genuinely it.
You're also welcome to bring your dog. If you do, I'd suggest burning off some of that energy beforehand and bringing something to keep them occupied. I want you focused on your images, not managing the zoomies at the appointment regardless of how cute they are.
How many images will I see?
There might not be a lot of background variety, but maybe just the expression on your dogs or your face.
Do I get the digital files?
Yes, every signiture collection does come with a set number of digital files do you don't have to choose between wall art and albums.
If you order wall art or an album, the corresponding digital file(s) comes with them. All files are printable up to 8x10.
There are also standalone high resolution digital packages available with a minimum of five files.

How do I pay you?
I accept cash, credit including Amex, debit, PayPal, and email transfer. If you need a payment plan, I can work something out. Payment plans require a 15 to 20 percent deposit to get started.
Can I purchase images after the ordering appointment?
The ordering appointment is your one dedicated window to go through everything. It needs to be scheduled before you leave your session and held within two to five weeks, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
If a second appointment is needed, there's a fee of $75 per hour with a one hour minimum. If you're 15 minutes or more late without notice, the appointment will need to be rescheduled and the same $75 fee applies.
As for the images you don't order: they're archived 30 days after your appointment. After that, retrieving them is a $200 fee. If you come back and place an order of $200 or more, that fee gets waived.
