The Calendar Winner Session is created specifically to capture your pet’s image for the calendar. These sessions take place on pre-selected dates, at set locations, and within scheduled time slots. Each session is approximately 10 minutes long, which is just enough time to capture that one perfect calendar image. The final image featured in the calendar is selected by Aubri to ensure a cohesive and polished final product.

The Upgraded Full Session ($95 offer) is designed for those who want a more flexible and personalized experience. With this option, you can choose your own date, time, and location, and there is no strict time limit. The session flows at your pet’s pace, allowing for a more relaxed experience with a wider variety of images. You’re welcome to include multiple pets and even the humans who love them. After the session, you’ll receive a full gallery of images to choose from.

Both sessions include a reveal and ordering appointment where you’ll get to see your images and decide if you’d like to purchase artwork or additional products. There’s no pressure, just the opportunity to create something meaningful if it feels right.

If you’re hoping for more than just a single image, the upgraded session is where you’ll have the space to truly capture your dog’s story.

Once you book, I’ll send you everything you need to feel prepared and excited. A short questionnaire will be filled out when you book either session, location guidance, and tips to help your pet feel comfortable will be sent closer to your session date.

If you've upgraded your session, they are designed to move at your pet’s pace with plenty of breaks, space, and patience. There’s no expectation for perfection, just your pet be themselves.

After your session, we’ll meet for a reveal and ordering appointment where you’ll see your images for the first time. This can be done online or in person in my office space located in Sleep Rover Daycare

I’ll guide you through the selection process so it's zero pressure, feels easy and enjoyable, not overwhelming.

There’s no obligation to purchase anything beyond your session. That said, most clients fall a little bit in love with their images and choose to invest in artwork or albums to enjoy them every day and they typically spend $1500.

For winner sessions; just a reminder that Aubri Poon will choose all images that go in the calendar to create an aesthetically pleasing document.

Winner sessions will only include 1 pet. Multiple pets can be featured in a month if both pet's have been entered into the 2027 Calendar Contest.

Unfortunately, if you cannot make it to a winners session and are not located in the Calgary area for an upgraded session you must forfeit your calendar entry to the next highest vote getting in the contest.
