It keeps everything organized so you don’t have to dig through old emails like you’re searching for the last candy at the bottom of your purse.
Here’s how to get in without wanting to throw your laptop into the nearest snowbank.
This link is your golden ticket. One click and you’ve gained access to Willy Wonka's chocolate factory... err I mean your Client Portal.
If you’ve never logged in, the system will usually ask you to make one.
If it doesn’t or if your brain said “absolutely not” and forgot it, just hit “Forgot Password.” It works like magic every time and no one will judge you.
Enter your username and your brand new password.
Your username is in your welcome email. Once you’re in, you’ll see everything laid out for you. No scavenger hunt required. Unless you're into that sort of thing, again no judging.

I don’t have a password. What do I do?
Totally normal there are too many passwords for anyone to remember. To create your password, go to the login page and click “Forgot Password” set a new password and you’re in.
Do I have to have a Client Portal?
Yes. This is where your gallery, prep info, contracts, and credits live. It’s your hub for everything and makes your whole experience way easier and more organized.
What if I get stuck, or am still stuck?
Please don’t stress. Tech and I are frenemies at best. Your problem was absolutely my problem once, so I get it.

Where do I find my gallery or pictures?
Inside your portal. Once you’re logged in, you’ll see your session(s) listed. Click it and enjoy your pup’s adorable face.
Is this portal safe and secure?
Yes. Your information is private, protected, and only accessible to you. Think of it as a little VID (Very Important Dog) lounge for your session details and photos.
Will I get an email when something new is added?
Yes. Anytime I add a gallery, document, or update, you’ll get an email notification. This is why adding info@aubripoon.com to your safe list matters. If you haven't heard from me and you think you should have check you spam folder or log into you client portal to check for any pupdates.
Does the portal work on my phone?
Absolutely. It’s mobile friendly, so you can check your gallery while your dog snores on your lap. Bookmark it on your phone too.
Can I access my gallery after it expires?
Your portal link stays, but the gallery itself will lock when it expires and alert you to contact me. So make sure you download, save, and back up your photos before the expiration date listed. As un-acrchiving fees may be applied.
Is the portal the same thing as the gallery?
Not exactly. The portal is where everything lives - think of a dog house. The gallery is just one part of it - like a favorite blanket inside the house. You access your gallery through the portal.
